"We want our little trick or treaters to enjoy Halloween and to be safe, Milliken said. "In the event that we experience the torrential rain storms currently predicted to fall in Ohio on Wednesday, October 31, residents may take their candy and a lawn chair to sit in to the James A. Milliken said that this is measure is only in the case of heavy rains or if there is snow. "The doors will open for Trick or Treat at 6 to 7 p.m. At 7 p.m. there will be a Halloween Party and Costume Contest, We will have candy, cookies, beverages and the JUMP HOUSE - which will be free! Once again, this is in the case of torrential rains only, otherwise; Trick or Treating will be Wednesday, October 31 from 5 - 7 pm. If residents have questions, please call the village at 286-6986 and ask for Kim," Milliken said.
